Abandoned Hunting Dog Is Terrified Of People Until He Meets A Kind Stranger Who Changes Everything
When Theoklitos Proestakis was on his way to his shelter, as he is the founder of Takis Shelter, he saw something out of place.
It was a hunting dog that was abandoned on the side of the road.

The dog was so afraid that he wouldn't approach the rescue or and he had his tail tucked between his legs. Takis did all that he could to keep the dog calm, but it was not working.
Takis reached out for help from others but eventually, the dog went into the trap that was set for him.

After they got him back to the shelter, they named him Jerry.
As shared on YouTube, it seems as if Jerry had been abused by his former owner and he was afraid, thinking that someone was going to hit him.

After Jerry was won over, however, he was wagging his tail and ready to move on with life.
Since that time, Jerry has come a long way. He does well with the cats in the shelter and plays with the other dogs. He's only 2 1/2 years old and is looking for someone to adopt him.
