German Shepherd With Two Broken Legs Needs Emergency Surgery To Walk Again
While the stray dog population in Romania has decreased, there are still dogs roaming the streets looking for food and shelter.
Life on the street is tough and some dogs are struck by vehicles or involved in fights with other dogs.
A young German shepherd named Yalo was rescued by good Samaritans in Romania who noticed she was unable to walk and was trying to defend herself against other stray dogs.

Local animal rescue, Sache Association, took Yalo in and immediately brought her to a veterinarian to be examined.
She appeared paralyzed but the vet found that she has two broken legs and a compressed vertebra that could be repaired with surgery. The medical team believes she was hit by a car and then was further injured by other dogs attacking her.
She is finally safe but will need two expensive surgeries for the best chance at walking again. Sache Association is determined to save Yalo and reached out to Greater Good Charities (GGC) for help.

GGC's Emergency Animal Care Fund saves the lives of homeless dogs and cats that need emergency surgery or care that rescues are unable to afford.
Help Yalo walk again by donating towards her care.

She has had a rough start to life but deserves a second chance. Sadly, cases like hers arrive daily at animal shelter around the world.
With your help, we can ensure that more animals who are suffering receive the treatment they need. 100% of your donation will go towards saving dogs like Yalo.
