Kitten And Parrot Snuggle Together In The Birdhouse
When we think of cats and birds, we don't typically picture them being friends. Cats are natural predators, after all, and birds are their prey.
Like with most things, though, there are exceptions to the rule and that certainly seems to be the case for a lilac-point kitten and yellow-headed Amazon parrot living in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay.

When keeping a cat and a parrot under the same roof, you'd usually want to be sure to keep them away from one another - at least until you were sure the cat wouldn't hurt the bird.
That doesn't seem to be an issue at all in this house though.

In a sweet video shared on YouTube, you can see the kitten and parrot both crammed into a birdhouse together!
While it might seem like a grim sight at first, the kitten isn't eating the parrot, but snuggling with it!

The kitten and bird are all intertwined with one another as they work to get comfortable in the tiny birdhouse together. It's really something special to see such different animals being friendly toward one another.
According to ViralHog, the parrot and cat have "the cutest and most impossible friendship."
