Gentle Rottweiler Helps Mom Care For Tiny Kitten
Rottweilers are often stereotyped as being aggressive and dangerous, but that really couldn't be further from the truth. While the breed can be territorial, the dogs are known to be gentle and affectionate with family.
Maggie the rottweiler is the perfect example of just how gentle the breed can be. Her owner captured an adorable video of the dog carefully scooping up a kitten and caring for her.

In the video, which was shared on TikTok, you can see Maggie pick up the kitten in her mouth and move the little feline to the couch.
Once settled on the couch, the dog gets to giving the kitten some sweet kisses. It's so cute! Mom is nearby all the while, enjoying a break from her little kitten.

According to the American Kennel Club, rottweilers are incredibly affectionate with family and are described as "A gentle playmate and protector within the family circle."
The breed tends to be territorial, but that trait can be harnessed for protection and care through proper training and socialization.

It seems that Maggie the rottweiler knows her family and wants to do all that she can to protect and care for it, even down to the tiniest kitten.
