The Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), run by the notorious Joseph Kony, is exerting terror on the people of Central Africa.

Kony's followers rape and kidnap children across the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Sudan, Uganda, and the Central African Republic. They turn boys into soldiers and girls into concubines. Kony's reign of terror has been waging for decades, but only recently has it come to the forefront of American media.

For years, GreaterGood Network has continuously worked to help people in the region — from partnering with artisans to fundraising for impoverished people.

We condemn the actions of Joseph Kony; and at the same time, emphasize the need for attention on the other important issues there — like malaria, access to clean water, and nodding disease, which ails thousands of children.
