**Yellowstone is home to the largest herd of wild bison left in the world,** and they are of invaluable genetic importance for additional bison restoration efforts. Sadly, in an effort to reduce their population, thousands have been needlessly sent to slaughterhouses over the last two decades!

You can prevent the slaughter of 40 Yellowstone bison right now. The National Park Service has a proposal that could protect these bison and restore genetically important herds elsewhere. But National Park officials at Yellowstone have been dragging their feet...and leaving the lives of bison in limbo.

**Tell Yellowstone Superintendent Dan Wenk to put the proposed quarantine and relocation plan into action and stop shipping bison to slaughter.**
