President Trump has announced that America will abandon its allies and back out of the most groundbreaking international climate agreement in history. This move puts America last, and will have disastrous consequences for our country.

It undermines our place on the world stage, puts the health of Americans at risk as we breathe dirtier air, and jeopardizes homegrown manufacturing jobs spurred by the clean energy economy in parts of our country left behind by globalization—all while dialing up the disastrous ramifications of climate change.

**With a presidential administration that's gambling with our future, we need Congress to stop hiding in the back seat and step up to fulfill their responsibilities. Tell your elected officials that it's time to act on climate.**
