The day that Duncan Lou Who would be able to run with other pups seemed very unlikely. A boxer puppy born with severely deformed rear legs and pelvis, at 8-weeks, doctors claimed that corrective surgery wasn't even an option. Hope for Duncan Lou Who seemed slim.

That is until Amanda Giese, founder of Panda Paws Rescue had faith that Duncan Lou Who could have a happy life. Panda Paws Rescue helps pups like Duncan Lou Who by "ending the homelessness, abuse, and neglect of all animals, and standing up to make a change, and care for those sick, injured, or dying at the hands of others." Panda Paws Rescue opted to amputate Duncan Lou Who's hind legs and with their love and support, he's running as fast as the rest of them.

"Duncan is my hero," Giese told KING-TV. "He will continue to face every obstacle to come with grace and perseverance."

Thank you Amanda and Panda Paws Rescue for giving Duncan Lou Who a second chance at a happy life!
