Queenie the elephant needs our help. A retired circus elephant, Queenie now lives in the San Antonio Zoo— a place that isn't equipped to handle Queenie's special medical and rehabilitative needs. She was transferred there as part of a shady deal conducted between her circus handler and the USDA.

The details of this arrangement indicate that consideration for Queenie's well-being was not taken into account when the decision to transfer her was made. The motivation for the transfer clearly had more to do with financial concerns than Queenie's health. **Sign the petition below asking Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack to see that Queenie is moved out of the zoo and into a facility that can properly care for her.**
