Around 40,000 soldiers are currently abandoned on the streets of the United States, where some have been robbed, beaten, and even lost their lives. Often all that stands between them and a home of their own is the deposit. But as most chronically homeless veterans do not have jobs or income to cover that required cost, they remain on the streets.

There is ready housing for many of the chronically homeless veterans on our streets. Partnered with HUD and the VA, Veterans Matter's cloud-based referral system allows the veteran's VA case manager to secure a deposit for the veteran in mere minutes. Veterans Matter writes the deposit check directly to the landlord, guaranteeing a 100% success rate in moving the veteran or veteran family across the threshold and into the ready and available permanent housing.
