Diana is a young Filipino girl attending West Fairview Elementary School. She lives with her brother, mother and father in a crowded neighborhood located within Manila. Diana's family struggles to get by. Her mother is a homemaker and her father is a retired cemetery caretaker.
Diana loves to dance and dreams of becoming a flight attendant one day. She is a curious child who wants to learn more about the world. In the Philippines, millions of children are forced to drop out of school because their families simply can't afford to send them.
