Help Children Entering Foster Care

Help children in the United States enter the foster care system with dignity!

Every day hundreds of children enter the foster care system. In 2014 alone, 264,000 children were entered into foster care in the United States. Unfortunately, most of these children arrive with their belongings in a trash bag. The only thing that belongs in a trash bag is trash. Together We Rise created a program called Sweet Cases to help provide new duffel bags to children in foster care nationwide.The bags include a teddy bear, blanket, hygiene kit, crayons, and a coloring book, and will be provided to foster agencies, CPS, police offices, and foster parents to ensure that the children receive them.

With your help we can provide a duffel bag for a new child entering the foster care system. Your donation will help children feel welcomed and unique during this difficult transition. Just $10 provides a bag for a new foster care child.
