Cats in Philadelphia are in Urgent Need - Help Now!
SKU: SKU: SK-164475
An estimated 250,000 cats and kittens live on the streets of Philadelphia. These "community cats" are often fed and cared for by members of the community, but the cost of spaying/neutering and vaccinating community cats is often out of reach for these kind caregivers.
Emancipet's North East Philly clinic is seeking community support to provide free spay/neuter and rabies vaccines to the community cat population. Emancipet will work with caregivers in the community to humanely trap, sterilize, and vaccinate homeless cats. The cats will be ear-tipped for future identification as a sterilized cat and returned to their communities. Offering these services at no cost ensures more cats are served, which in turn prevents unnecessary suffering and additional litters.
With your help today, Emancipet can secure funding for the sterilization and vaccination of 500 community cats in Philadelphia.
