Simple to put on, and simple to safely dispose of after use. Each 3ply face mask is made with elastic ear loops and a small aluminum piece so you can adjust it to best fit over your nose. When applying, adjust the front of the mask so it opens to the proper size to cover your mouth and nose completely.
