After the past year and a half with pet stores closed to adoption events we are finding it very difficult to cover the expenses for our rescued dogs. We are a small rural animal shelter and due to the lack of public events, our adoption numbers were cut in half last year. We rescue those most desperate for help such as seniors, special needs, and many hoarding case small dogs. All of these animals take much longer and much more vet fees to prepare to be family members and we are surely feeling that now. Please help if you can. Every penny, quite literally, counts for us!

Greater Good Charities and The Animal Rescue Site are joining NBC and Telemundo stations’ Clear The Shelters pet adoption campaign to support shelters and rescues across the country by encouraging individuals to donate funds to help animal welfare groups with the most critical needs.
