The Marshfield, MA Animal Shelter is a no-kill municipal shelter partially funded by the Town of Marshfield and a tax exempt 501c3 non-profit - Friends of the Marshfield, MA Animal Shelter, Inc. Donations provide funding for veterinary care, spay and neuter procedures, pet food and supplies and enrichment for the pets residing at the shelter as well as assistance to qualifying pet owners struggling to keep their pets.

Greater Good Charities and The Animal Rescue Site are joining NBC and Telemundo stations’ Clear The Shelters pet adoption campaign to support shelters and rescues across the country by encouraging individuals to donate funds to help animal welfare groups with the most critical needs.
Each summer, shelters and rescues face an added stress on their resources from increases in puppy and kitten intakes due to spring litters. In 2022 shelters are reporting higher than normal intake rates, with unprecedented overpopulation in some areas. They need you now.
