At Memphis Animal Services, we are helping more animals than ever! We need your support to continue. As an open access pet resource center, MAS does not deny assistance to any pet in its jurisdiction regardless of breed, temperament, or medical condition. MAS saved 89 percent of the more than 8,000 pets in its care in 2021, and your support helps us provide care above and beyond what our city budget allows. Donations to MAS are tax-deductible to the extent the law allows.

Greater Good Charities and The Animal Rescue Site are joining NBC and Telemundo stations’ Clear The Shelters pet adoption campaign to support shelters and rescues across the country by encouraging individuals to donate funds to help animal welfare groups with the most critical needs.
Each summer, shelters and rescues face an added stress on their resources from increases in puppy and kitten intakes due to spring litters. In 2022 shelters are reporting higher than normal intake rates, with unprecedented overpopulation in some areas. They need you now.
