We are an independent, non-governmental charity that does not receive any tax funding; we rely solely on the support of caring people like you to fund our life-saving programs and services!! Since 1953, we have served the neglected and abandoned animals of the Northshore region and today we stand as one of the largest animal welfare organizations in the state of Louisiana.
