Second Chance Animal Services provides tip to tail, birth to senior care for companion animals. We have many "Access to Care" programs that provide financial assistance to pet owners including subsidized rates, bring pet vaccines and basic wellness care directly to senior citizens and the home bound, and have four community veterinary hospitals located in areas of great need throughout central/western Massachusetts. We find furever homes for 1500 dogs, cats and rabbits each year through our adoption center and help over 40,000 pets annually through our hospitals. We transport in senior or medically needy animals at high risk of euthanasia from overcrowded shelters in other areas of the country saving their lives and preparing them for adoption into loving homes.
During checkout, you can opt-in to provide your contact information directly to the shelter you are supporting. To do this, check the box that says, "Subscribe to emails for coupons, deals, charity news, and more."
Help your local shelter & pets in need.
Greater Good Charities and The Animal Rescue Site are joining NBC and Telemundo stations’ Clear The Shelters pet adoption campaign to support shelters and rescues across the country by encouraging individuals to donate funds to help animal welfare groups with the most critical needs.
Each summer, shelters and rescues face an added stress on their resources from increases in puppy and kitten intakes due to spring litters. In 2022 shelters are reporting higher than normal intake rates, with unprecedented overpopulation in some areas. They need you now.
